Day of pain
My shoulders took a tremendous beating today.With the help of ed(EKG315);he thrashed my shoulders to the point of no return.First off was DBpress(4sets/20-6reps),Next was Machine rear delt raise(4sets-15reps).Third was front raise(4sets-15reps).Next was side raise(3sets-15reps).Finally was shrugs(3sets-15reps).It was the kind of training i wanted today and then some.I love training heavy and hard.Being my age they that youneed to slow down.I say"destroy the myth and train hard and leave nothing left".Peace to all lifters,mma fighters,figure and fitness women out there.Leave nothing and train eveything.Peace.
