Today was back day and i wasn’t going to leave any left at the gym.Warmpu was 2sets of reverse grip pulldows(20 reps).First exerccise was corner rows(4sets-12-6reps/2-5plates).Next exercise was db rows(4sets-10reps/80-110lbs)Final exercise was low rows(3sets-10reps/315lbs).Thick and dense was the name of the game in the workout."Dont be a sellout,blow it out".Peace.

10:00am,gym is empty and that’s the way i like it.Nobody bothering you;nobody to stare;just peace and quiet.first on the list was incline bb presses(4sets/15-8reps).next was db bench press(3sets/8-4reps(heavy).final was megaset with cable crossovers(4sets(30sec pause)10 reps.Followed by 2 heavy sets of cable crossovers.Leave nothing at the door.Train hard.Peace.

Now it’s time to ccrank up the intensity factor with 1 and1/2 rep scheme.Blasting growth to another world.Staying the course is the main key to sucess.Just as ronnie,jay,victor,etc,i will do the same.Shoutout to all the competitors at the usa’s for doing their job.Congrats to brandon curry,curtis bryant i turell and all the figure/fitness winners who went on to turn pro.Check out koncrete’s bodyspace;he’s a pro in the making.Women bodybuilders may not get the press they deserve but they can outwork any man in the gym.Let’s show love to the female bodybuilders of the world.They deserve their props.Hard and heavy is the only way to get that massive look stength.Summer’s almost over with but that doesn’t mean you slack off.Train till you bleed and leave nothing left except blood,sweat and tears.PEACE TO ALL.

Today was arms and i wasn’t going to leave anything at the door.Biceps was on the menu.First was cambered bar curls(4sets-15-6reps/135-185lbs)Next was preacher curls(4sets-12reps/135lbs)Final was alternate db curls(3sets-15reps)with a drop set(50lbs-35lbs)Next came triceps.First was a superset with skullcrushers &close grip presses(4sets-12reps/135-185lbs)2nd exercise was tricep pressdowns[elbows in](3sets-12reps/120-180lbs)Last was cable kickbacks(3sets-15reps).At close to 300lbs i can’t afford to slip and let any competitor outwork me in the gym and on stage.Ceck out this years usa’s.My bet is that curry will turn pro tonight.Curtis bryant looks like a phenom on stage.Brandon ray is very conditioned,but he missed his peak and will settle for 2nd.Super-heavyweights looks weak this yr.If sean allen can come in as he did at his last 2 shows;then he will finally turn pro.It’s anybody’s ballgame tonight.Beef up and train your butt off so you can show your stuff at a show.Bodybuilding forever!Peace out.HIT MY BODYSPACE AND SAY "WHAT’S UP.Out.

Torture and pain was the dish today for legs.Warmed up with leg extensions(2 sets-20 reps).Launcched into heavy presses(5 sets-15 reps(5 sec rep pause till failure).Next was heavy leg extensions(3 sets-15 reps).Hams were next on the list.Leg curls(5 sets-12 reps).easing back into it but my legs grow easily.Till next time.Peace.

My shoulders took a tremendous beating today.With the help of ed(EKG315);he thrashed my shoulders to the point of no return.First off was DBpress(4sets/20-6reps),Next was Machine rear delt raise(4sets-15reps).Third was front raise(4sets-15reps).Next was side raise(3sets-15reps).Finally was shrugs(3sets-15reps).It was the kind of training i wanted today and then some.I love training heavy and hard.Being my age they that youneed to slow down.I say"destroy the myth and train hard and leave nothing left".Peace to all lifters,mma fighters,figure and fitness women out there.Leave nothing and train eveything.Peace.

Everyday there is a challenge we all face and meet everyday.Bigger chest,vascular back,shapely tone,etc,.One thing that builds chumps into champions is the "fire within".Ronnie has it.Jay has it.Victor has it.Everyone has it.We all have it in one way or another.It pushes your set and/or training to the max.Whether your nailing down that last minute conditioning or getting that one rep on that bb rows;you have that "fire" to finish that workout.Everyone wants to dominate the stage,but no one wants to have that "fire" to push it to the limit.Peace to the bodybuilders who goes all out in everything.Peace to the fitness & figure competitors who give their all in taking it to the max.Go hard & leave nothing behind.Peace.
