BACK
Today was like any other day.Back day was going to be an event i’ll never forget.Started out with deadlifts(4sets/12reps(225lbs to 365lbs).Then it onto supersets with BB bent rows & cambered bar pulldowns(3sets-12reps).Final superset was seated cambered bar rows and pullovers(3sets-10reps).After knocking out my back it was onto abs.etting into the groove with my season.Diet is starting to look good so far.Just gota stay the course.Untill next time,peace.
