Chest
Getting to the gym was easy;but going solo on chest(superset)day was going to be tough,but gotta do it in order to win.First was a combo of bb bench and db bench(3 sets-12 reps).Basics=growth in this superset.Next was incline db press with bb incline press(3 sets-12 reps).Blood gorging everywhere in that area in my chest.Finally was cable crossovers 4 sets-15 reps.Next came cardio.I really hate cardio,but gotta show the vascularity and fethering of pec development.Next month we are going to crank up the intensity in my training towards the fall season.Stay true to the game.Peace
