Shoulder day
Supersetting is a b&*#!,but you have to do it in order to win.Leaving no stone unturned,i decided to crank it up.First was barbell press(3sets/12reps).then it was DB side raises &front raises(3 sets/15reps(per side).finally,upright rows &DB shrugs(3sets-12reps).After that was cardio on the treadmill for 1/2 hr.Till next time.peace.
