Today was like any other day.Back day was going to be an event i’ll never forget.Started out with deadlifts(4sets/12reps(225lbs to 365lbs).Then it onto supersets with BB bent rows & cambered bar pulldowns(3sets-12reps).Final superset was seated cambered bar rows and pullovers(3sets-10reps).After knocking out my back it was onto abs.etting into the groove with my season.Diet is starting to look good so far.Just gota stay the course.Untill next time,peace.

Getting to the gym was easy;but going solo on chest(superset)day was going to be tough,but gotta do it in order to win.First was a combo of bb bench and db bench(3 sets-12 reps).Basics=growth in this superset.Next was incline db press with bb incline press(3 sets-12 reps).Blood gorging everywhere in that area in my chest.Finally was cable crossovers 4 sets-15 reps.Next came cardio.I really hate cardio,but gotta show the vascularity and fethering of pec development.Next month we are going to crank up the intensity in my training towards the fall season.Stay true to the game.Peace

Supersetting is a b&*#!,but you have to do it in order to win.Leaving no stone unturned,i decided to crank it up.First was barbell press(3sets/12reps).then it was DB side raises &front raises(3 sets/15reps(per side).finally,upright rows &DB shrugs(3sets-12reps).After that was cardio on the treadmill for 1/2 hr.Till next time.peace.

Finally it’s here.Im gearing up for the fall shows.It’s going to take time but im ready for anything and anyone who gets in my way.Supersets and trisets are the keys to victory.High reps(12-15)&heavy weights will go along way in my quest to suceed.To all the lifters:keep pushing heavy weights to the point of no return.Also to all the fitness women;keep strving to be the best that you can be."Train hard and never give in to anyone",peace
