Monday, January 7th, 2008Coming into the new year presents some stiff challenges to reach my taget goal of 235lbs.Well;onto traning.Started off with a pre-exaust set of front pulldowns(4 sets of 12reps),then it onto the heavy lift.DB Rows were next(1 "feel set,then 3 sets/12reps(90-120lbs)next was an old favorite of mine;Corner rows(4-6plates/10reps).Finally i finished my back with seated rows.Train hard and i’ll see you at a contest near you.Peace.
