Legs & The man
Friday, July 20th, 2007Today was a heavy filled workout beginning with squats.4 sets of regular and 4 sets of fronts(all 10 reps).I wanted to shock my quads to the point of no return.Next came leg extensions(4 sets/12 reps).Then it on to hams.DB deadlifts (3 sets-12).Then finally was leg curls(3 sets-12 reps).Now that the summer is almost over with it’s time to put all together and get diced down with part "DC Training" and part "Shredding".Pics will be up very soon.Train hard and i’ll see everybody at a show near you.Peace.
