Getting the rep
we as athletes have to strive to become the best that we can be but we know also that we strive to get that rep on any exercise.Example,you’re underneath that squat rack andyouhave 495 on your shoulders ;going through the motions(up/down)as soon as that 5th rep is done;you know that 6 is not out of your reach.You dig deep into your "inner soul and you drive it up with all of your might.Damn,it made me cringe to even try it but i’ll soon.Get that rep up and go to the next set.Peace.
