Brutal Back
Back is a very complex area to work because you can’t see it but you can feel it working.first exercise was db rows(free arm on opposite side),3 sets of 21’s[7 reps with right hand,7 reps with left hand,7 reps together]"it’s a killer".You really feel it in the upper back and your high lats.next was my favorite corner rows/3 sets,8 reps,3 45lb plates.Third exercise was heavy pulldowns(close grip)3 sets/10 reps/165-200lbs.After that was some stretching and flexing.Gotta have the cellmass and the nitrix to keep my body growingCAompetition is on my a.. and i can’t let that happen so i’ve got to one step ahead of the game.Peace.
