Hardcore Chest
It’s the first day of december and im kicking it into high gear before jan 1so i can come down and dominate a show.Chest was brutal that i couldn’t flex for at least an hr.First exercise was seated iso chest press(plate loaded)/4 sets/15-6 reps,135-405lbs.Did an extra set;1 set with 365lbs/8 reps.Next was db incline press/3 sets/10-4 reps,95-120lbs.My chest is full of blood that it’s ready to explode out of my tank top.Final exercise was cable crossovers/4 sets/10 reps,100lbs.I just wish that i can be consistant and come down in weight and then bring home the prize,a win.You know what,"i will"!,Peace.
