COMING CLOSE

Well,it’s almost that time to statr cutting up for contest day and it’s going to be 6 months of hell.Supersets,drop sets,3 sec pauses and all of that fun stuff.In between that time,i’ll be moving to south carolina to continue my prep for the show(any show if possible).It’s all about the dieting,cardio,and all of that fun stuff.If any body out there in "muscledom who wants to help me to find a contest to do;then go to my bodyspace at "RafMorris37"&let me know.To keep it real;"I WANT IT ALL AND I’LL NEVER STOP UNTILL MY JOB IS DONE"I hope that everyone has a blessed new year.?,What is you’re new year’s resolution?Leave it in my bdyspace.Peace.

Getting the rep

we as athletes have to strive to become the best that we can be but we know also that we strive to get that rep on any exercise.Example,you’re underneath that squat rack andyouhave 495 on your shoulders ;going through the motions(up/down)as soon as that 5th rep is done;you know that 6 is not out of your reach.You dig deep into your "inner soul and you drive it up with all of your might.Damn,it made me cringe to even try it but i’ll soon.Get that rep up and go to the next set.Peace.

2 wks of hell

Sorry i haven’t posted any new training of myself because i’ve been busy crafting my physique.from 5×5(3sec pauses-chest) to heavy hardcore back rotine;i’ve been crafting my natural sizethat will compete in 07."Everyone wants to be champion but no one want to put the work in".We all want the same thing to become a champion but where’s the work ethic in all of this.My work ethic is by far surpassed my own expectations.I try to push it to the limit whenever i go into the war zone.Our gym is the "war zone"and the weights are the "battle weapons".To go into combat means heavy concentration and killer instinct to conquer the "zone" Not to be rude but if your going to the "zone",don’t talk to other people while crafting your body.As soon as your done with the "zone" then go to the dungeon and feed the muscles protein.Everyone needs to realize that we are in the gym for one thing(Training-training-growing-cardio)To everyone who has been asking for a blog;i say thank you for supporting BB.COM and all the men & women who works and support our effort into our lifestyle.Feel free to respond to this and tell me what you think of this blog.Thank You from RafMorris37,Peace.

Brutal Back

Back is a very complex area to work because you can’t see it but you can feel it working.first exercise was db rows(free arm on opposite side),3 sets of 21’s[7 reps with right hand,7 reps with left hand,7 reps together]"it’s a killer".You really feel it in the upper back and your high lats.next was my favorite corner rows/3 sets,8 reps,3 45lb plates.Third exercise was heavy pulldowns(close grip)3 sets/10 reps/165-200lbs.After that was some stretching and flexing.Gotta have the cellmass and the nitrix to keep my body growingCAompetition is on my a.. and i can’t let that happen so i’ve got to one step ahead of the game.Peace.

Hardcore Chest

It’s the first day of december and im kicking it into high gear before jan 1so i can come down and dominate a show.Chest was brutal that i couldn’t flex for at least an hr.First exercise was seated iso chest press(plate loaded)/4 sets/15-6 reps,135-405lbs.Did an extra set;1 set with 365lbs/8 reps.Next was db incline press/3 sets/10-4 reps,95-120lbs.My chest is full of blood that it’s ready to explode out of my tank top.Final exercise was cable crossovers/4 sets/10 reps,100lbs.I just wish that i can be consistant and come down in weight and then bring home the prize,a win.You know what,"i will"!,Peace.
