HOLIDAYS ARE UPON US. SOME JUST WANT TO LET GO & RELAX FOR THE THANKSGIVING & CHRISTMAS RUSH WHILE OTHERS ARE FINISHING THEIR CONTEST SEASON.ME,NOT RESTING ON MY BALLS!HELL NO!ALTHOUGH EVERYONE WILL BE EATING FOOD & WATCHING FOOTBALL I’LL BE AT THE GYM HITTING IT REAL HARD.BODYBUILDING HAS NO OFF SEASON IT IS SAFE TO SAY THAT "WHOM EVER TRAINS THE HARDEST IS THE HARDEST TRAINER".STOCK INTO THE UNIT(GMU) &(GMUWEST)WILL RISE BECAUSE OF NEW MEMBERS WHO WANT TO GET MASSIVE & SIZED UP.MY TRAINING HAS GONE 180 & MY DIETING WILL BE FIXED(BANK ON THAT).ALSO,IM TRAINING OTHERS TO GET THEMSELVES INTO A CONDITION THAT THEY WANT TO ACHIEVE IN.SNACKCAKES IS DOING MY PHASE1 PROGRAM STARTING ON MONDAY &CRAZYBOLTZHOTE IS DOING MY PROGRAM RIGHT NOW.IM DOWN WITH MY GROUP TILL THE END & ALSO IN THE "PROJECTWEAPON X".I GET MY ASSIGNMENT WHEN HE’S DONE WITH HIS COMP.IRONCOALITION IS A NON STOPPABLE FORCE TO BE AS AZI LEADS THE GROUP INTO A NEW DIMENSION OF QUALITY MUSCLE.SNACKCAKES,MY "LONESTAR FIREPLUG"IS READY TO MEET THE CHALLENGE & GET IT HER BEST TO GO ONSTAGE IN 2010.sHE HAS A PLAN TO HAVE ME ONSTAGE WITH HER.TRAINING HAS GOWN UP IN RECENT DAYS & MY STRENGTH LEVELS ARE "OFF THA CHAINS"!I NEED TO PEAK ON TIME SO I CAN WIN IN 2010.NO MORE BAD ADVISE!NO MORE BULLS***!YOUR COMMENTS ARE WELL NOTED SO I CAN USE THEM WHILE I TRAIN.POWERBODYBUILDING IS WHAT I DO & GETTING MASSIVE IS A TRADE.NO SUCK ASSES NOR LAME A** B****** NEED TO APPLY.JOIN THE UNIT.KEEP IT 100!PEACE.FOCUS101,IM GLAD YOUR BACK!!

New attitude & vengence in the gym!!GMU STYLE!

Dust has settled & im back with a renewed plan & vengence to get me on top.Although my training is on point;my diet tailed off the last 3wks & that will never happen again.Went back to my roots of heavy weight/medium reps(8-12).Also,doing cardio(20mins)every other session.As i said i need some "pop"in my delts.GMU is going to stand out in 2010 with new members,new attitude & new gear!This group is going to expand into other ventures & being one of the driving forces we’re going to make it happen.We already have the members to do it but we need more members to suceed so we can be the best out there.Got to get the conditioning down but in order to do that i need assistance i getting to the winners circle.NUMBERS WON’T GET YOU TITLES,HARD TRAINING WILL!!Comment on this if you want.Keep it 100!!

GOOD EVENING TO ONE & ALL!MADE A FRESH START TOWARDS "REDEMPTION"BY DOING THE WORKOUT I MADE FOR MYSELF.WITH THE ADVICE OF HELENAWF & GMU I WENT BACK TO THE BOARD OF "HARDCORE" & DID THIS WORK.MY FRIEND SAID THAT I NEEDE SOME "POP"IN MY SHOULDERS.ALSO,NEEDS MORE SEPARATION BETWEEN MY TRAPS/DELTS TIE-INS!MY FIRST SUPERSET WAS SEATED DB PRESSES & BARBELL SHRUGS(HEAVY).4SETS/10REPS(ONE WARMUP).CAPPED OFF WITH A SET OF 80LB DB PRESSES WITH 315LB SHRUGS!HELL YEAH!AFTER THAT I RAN THE RACK WITH SIDE RAISES(4SETS/40REPS(30LBS/10REPS(25LBS/10REPS(20LBS/10REPS(10LBS/10REPS)!NEXT WAS BENT DELT RAISES(3SETS/12REPS(MODERATE)FINALLY DID STEERING WHEEL RAISES(3SETS/15REPS(35LB PLATE).TOMORROW IS A SQUAT/DEADLIFT SESSION.MORE SIZE,MORE POP,MORE DENSITY & MORE REDEMPTION!!!IM GOING TO START TAPING SESSIONS OF MY REDEMPTION.HELL YEAH!FOR GMU & THE ENTIRE GMU GROUP,THIS IS RAFMORRIS37,STAY STRONG & KEEP IT 100!TTNP!!!

Good evening & welcome to "gmu news".congrats to the "DO WORK CREW"for being bodygroup of the month.Props to the big dawg who is making it possible.Their whole click is doing work everyday to achieve their sucess.Also,we seem to have more members into bodyspace as it reaches close to 500,000 members.Thumbs up!Got the 2010 schedule(OCB)& as soon as mharrislove & bigpops gives me the go ahead to roll;it’s on!GMU is taking no shorts anymore!Take a moment to get behind "TTNP"(Team Take No Prisoners)as they get helenawf ready for her show in mar & apr.I have azi(IRONCOALITION)handling my training,KLTexas handling my diet & GMU Keeping me at 100 on the real!Got to bring my shoulder/delt tie-ins up.Also,need more trap work to finish the mission!To the people that im training;Keep at it as i will give some "phase2"while others will be on phase1 of their training.GMU is on the rise & we won’t be ignored by anyone.Maybe one day someone will see our efforts & recognize us as a group as fierce as all the others,lol.Well that’s another edition of "gmu news".This is Rafiel Morris(RafMorris37),Good night & keep it 100!!

Good morning to all on bodyspace.Well it’s almost the end of the contest season & we’ve seen some triumphant returns & we’ve seen some upsets on stage.Everyone is trying to get onstage before the holidays begin.All groups have seen a spike in members & everyone wants to get in on the action.Right now all group are meeting their goals & taking names in the process.I,myself has had the best off season ever.Put my plans on hold(for now)to assist others in reaching their goals.BLKMuscle40 has attained muscle since we’ve started working together.I’ve met my goals in less than my previous goal.Give it up for manos,BigBeezy,EKG316,cHINA2U,DRLYNN & others for believing in me & our group.Cheer on Helenawf in her quest to capture an npc title in her homestate.Follow the journey of focus101 as she prepares herself to motivate her body to shed to become the new "101".Alligirl as she a newcomer to this site;follow her journey to become stronger & sexier woman.We all have a obligation to help other in achieving their goals in the quest to either compete(bodybuilding/fitness&figure)or a healthier lifestyle.Keep it 100 & thank you for reading this article.2010.Year of the unit!Join now.

Good morning to all on bodyspace.This is the news.Rock23 has a new account that you must see.This 10-12wk training sessions dives into his world of training & hard dedication.I’ve seen his pics & his vids.Check them out.they’re the "real deal"!HawgMP2 is getting ready for her first show.She looks as if she’s ready to take it to the stage.If you ask if she’s ready she’ll say "bring on all comers,don’t care who they are"!Retread is right there getting her ready for her assult on the foes before her.Big beezy is getting ready to take on all in his 1st meet in powerlifting.Bring it home dawg!!In training news pyek & ronda9000 is ready for 2010.Those women are doing great with the program i’ve given them.China2u,pitbullcavegirl,my,&other female members in the unit are laying low untill 2010 when they unleash their new physiques onstage.Bigpops has got his size with determination & sheer will.Look for him to dive into comp.Mharrislove,Darkiron,lex29us & others are getting busy for the winter with heavy lifts & vascular size.Finally,T.RODRIGUEZ continues to gain much size & his work ethic is unsurpassed in the unit.New members are encouraged to join but one thing"Train hard or get the f*** out"!no exceptions.More female fitness & figure women to come aboard.We’ll work untill everyone is with us in the fight to "get massive"!Peace,Keep it 100.GMU!!!

What’s up everyone in bodybuilding & fitness land.As everyone on bodyspace know who won the olympia & who’s competeting in 2010.GMU is rollin with new hardcore people coming aboard & others are pumping hard  to get the size we need to "outmass"the competition.I haven’t been blogging as i usually do because of my time getting ready to step onstage with a bum foot & still fighting the flu.Still have alot of water that needs to be gone in 8days.Lord willin it will get done.Also,doing powerlifting so i can keeps my mass to where it is.In other news;bigpops is rollin with the new members while the 37 is hard at prep.Peace goes out to hawg,retread & t.rodriguez for their determination.Big Beezy for his growth into the big weights.China2u for her passion for the game.We have the beast (erict brown & mharrislove)coming into the land of "hardcore";wow!!.Oh yeah!pulled a 475 on deads & 445 on the squats while dieting.THAT’S INSANE!BUT THAT’S THE GMU WAY!!!By the way the "IC" is coming!Watch for it!Gaspari nutrition has products to get through the sessions of bodybuilding.Well,that’s it for the news.If you want to be mention in the "GMU NEWS"give me your accomplishments & i’ll get them over the info highway.KEEP IT 100,PEACE!!!

Beasts in muscledom

Ok,i finally figured who are the beasts in the gym.It’s the ones who pays the price of heavy lifting,chalk clappin in the air,sweat drippin from the brows of men & women who pays the price of "power".We have hardcore in TX who doesn’t care about the heat & humidity.As long as there big plates;they don’t give a f***.Hardcore from the south;when they get into the gym.it’s lights out(especially in shoulders).Hardcore in CA:These lifters(bigpopsonswole)rollin in clubs with density & determination to get the job done in the gym.Hardcore in NY/NJ:Rain,sleet,snow,wind,etc,These lifters don’t care(me included)about the elements & take on the "seasons of hardcore".In all were all in one way or another hardcore lifters in everysense of the game.I dare anyone to say that women aren’t hardcore in lifting and/or training for a show.Train with a women & they’ll probably kick your a** in the gym.Till next time bodyspace,Peace.!Keep it 100!

To all in bodyspace;what’s up?How is your training & dieting?I think i got the supps down right to the point of sticking to a brand name.What am i talking about?Everyone has tried suppliments to max out on their poterntial & size.Don’t get me wrong i like suppliments that work.but their are some that just don’t do d*** for what i want to achieve.Right this moment im taking superpump250,sizeon,myofusion,cytolean2&
mitotrpin as my weapons of choice.As far as my training is going;it’s going good except for the ultra low carb days when it seems that i can’t do any reps but then i gut it out anyways.Since i have a slow metabolism i have to do up to 35reps(lightweight).Me & lightweights don’t get along;but if i want to win then “light weight baby”,lol.Wil post some pics soon & hopefully i can see the results in my dieting.Everyone from GMU(hardcore unit),Iron Coalition(another hardcore unit)&bodyspace,thanks for all you support.Doing my best to achieve the possible.Encourage the new people to train hard.If you get into the GMU UNIT;”TRAIN HARD & KEEP IT 100!!If your with the coalition”future is here & now”!Keep it gangsta!Keep it hardcore & don’t wear “power sandals to any workouts,lol!Peace.
