That deems true, and if at all I feel unwelcoming to this, I can pull out. I signed no contract. I will give it this and next week at least, seeing as it is good to just mix things up anyway.
I do not mind your rambling, I welcome it, haha. I am pumping up the volume in my workout, and feeling soreness afterwards--but Im not sure if sticking to this until August will suit my fancy. It's a toughy.
I am totally pro-free weights, and I dont know how I was convinced to do this because everyone I workout with knows it as well, and so does the trainer at this facility.
If bad things to occur (as in no gains, whatever happens) I will be beyond pissed and will not promote Strive, and they know that too, so perhaps them having that knowledge gives this challenge some hope? What do you think? I thank you for your time as well, much appreciated.

I'm skeptical...and remember, you asked so here goes:
Not sure what your overall physical goal is, but if it is to gain some muscle, lose some fat, and fight off aging.....Progressive weight resistance is the most proven and scientifically backed training available. Research it. You'll find more and more studies involving iron-movers (some literally: ironworkers!) are being conducted and the results are congruent to those of any aging bodybuilder...Muscle, looks and physical health well into the generally accepted geriatric sect. Seen Arnold, Lou Ferrigno, Corey Everson or Bev Francis lately?...talk about proof. Sorry for the rambling...I already know it's a problem.

I think you'll find your new style of HIT (HIgh Intensity Training) very beneficial. I have been doing sets with no more than thirty seconds of rest between for roughly two months now and I gotta tell ya, I don't suppose any other type of training fry's the intended muscle like this type. You might have to drop a bit in the weights you're moving, but at the end-o-the day, you'll feel a better burn and I propose, see better results!

Oh, sorry! What were you saying? Oh yeah, training. I like it too. In fact, I've just returned from a jog (and let me tell you, I've been to hell and back).

Anyway, good luck with you goals!

No, wait. Forget that. You don't need 'luck'. You can do this!
