So, for a week I am not allowed to workout because I have unfortunately caught Mono. The doctor told me to check back in on Friday. This is going to be so hard because I love to work out and I get anxious when I can’t. I guess I will just have to make it through it and work twice as hard when I can get back to lifting and cardio.

Hello. So I have been attempting to sculpt my body for a couple months now. I have always been one to work out, but I never had a set schedule until the last couple months. I must say, it can be hard sometimes working out six days a week and trying to juggle my college classes. I love it though. I might not be making huge body noticing progressions, but slowly I am gaining more strength through increased weight and repetitions. Some of the exercises, like the calf raisers, i choose not to increase because I more wish to tone and lifting 205 for my size is a lot as it is. I am happy for the most part of where I stand, but I just wish the noticeable changes can come a little quicker. My work out partner tells me she can see tightening in certain areas of my body, but I want more haha. Doesnt everyone though?
I would like to add also that I am proud of my exercise partner. She is progressing well also and I try to push her when she needs it. She motivates me on the days I need it and we are like a support team for each other. I find it always a bonus when you have someone working with you that has similar goals.
That’s all for now. Until later
