<p>Does anyone know of any competitions for beginners in the CNY area?? Please help!!</p>
<p>Also if there are any females that are looking for a workout buddy, hit me up! I miss having motivated and goal oriented women around to help keep me on the straight and narrow!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well, first off I just wanted to say hello to everybody that will come across this! I am new to this bodyspace so just trying to figure out the site right now =)</p>
<p>I am currently a 23 year old personal trainer, looking to further my career in the fitness industry. I am going to start competing this year, which is going to be a definite challenge! I just had my first baby boy! I am 3 weeks post partum and have lost almost all of the baby weight. I am just really anxious to get back into the gym, you have no idea! I am just waiting for the next three weeks to go by so that I can get back into the swing of things.</p>
<p>Oh and if you haven&#8217;t figured it out, I am also married to the most wonderful man in the world and I intend to keep it that way. So please keep your comments tasteful and respectful to my husband and I, ok? =)</p>
<p>And if there are any mom&#8217;s out there that can give me any advice, suggestions, or tips to being a successful &#8216;fit mom&#8217; I am definitely open to any suggestions you may have!</p>
