Flex Bikini Model Search!!

and am in search for a beginners competition that my husband and I can enter. We have both had a goal of competing and would love to start this year by doing so. However, with my just having the baby and the holidays just coming to an end, I do need a little more time to prepare ;)

Does anyone know of any competitions for beginners in the CNY area?? Please help!!

Also if there are any females that are looking for a workout buddy, hit me up! I miss having motivated and goal oriented women around to help keep me on the straight and narrow!

Has anyone ever heard of….

….the Titan program? My husband has been doing that and has been pretty exhausted from it. It is where you do a full body workout on Monday and Tuesday, rest Wednesday, and again on Thursday and Friday… Anyways, I was just curious how effective it would be….

Well, first off I just wanted to say hello to everybody that will come across this! I am new to this bodyspace so just trying to figure out the site right now =)

I am currently a 23 year old personal trainer, looking to further my career in the fitness industry. I am going to start competing this year, which is going to be a definite challenge! I just had my first baby boy! I am 3 weeks post partum and have lost almost all of the baby weight. I am just really anxious to get back into the gym, you have no idea! I am just waiting for the next three weeks to go by so that I can get back into the swing of things.

Oh and if you haven’t figured it out, I am also married to the most wonderful man in the world and I intend to keep it that way. So please keep your comments tasteful and respectful to my husband and I, ok? =)

And if there are any mom’s out there that can give me any advice, suggestions, or tips to being a successful ‘fit mom’ I am definitely open to any suggestions you may have!
