Has anyone ever heard of….
….the Titan program? My husband has been doing that and has been pretty exhausted from it. It is where you do a full body workout on Monday and Tuesday, rest Wednesday, and again on Thursday and Friday… Anyways, I was just curious how effective it would be….

If you want to target a lot of muscle groups all at once. I do a full body blitz on Staurday you can easily over train on a program like that. It would be a way to loose weight or get over a "wall" that you have hit in your training regime.
