Saturday, September 20th, 2008I start tonight! Should be interesting, here is the schedule for my first week!
Sat: Run 60 min
Sun: Judo
Monday: Run 45-60 min. Back/Bis/Tris
Tuesday: Run 30-45 mins am / Judo pm
Weds: Bike 60 mins. Interval
Thurs: lift weights (legs/chest) am/ Judo pm
Fri: Rest.
