I just came up with this, and it is definitely now one of my fav things to eat. Its low carb, high in protein and very filling (with 165 cals, who would of guessed, right?)
First chop up 1/2 a sweet onion, let simmer in a pan till onion softens. (i use spray instead of oil to lower the cals, u can use olive oil of course)
Chop up a small roma tomato and add to the onion. Let simmer for a min or two.
Add in 1 tablespoon of real bacon bits (i use oscar meyer, they are only 25 cals per serving)
Toast an Omega 3 Pita loaf (They are amazing and only 60 cals and 6 carbs. I found them at walmart)
Add in 2 servings of Eggbeaters, add in a lil cracked sea salt and pepper
Scramble together till egg is cooked. Pour on top and BAM!! 165 cals of amazingness
