I did a major upper body workout yesterday. I pushed it so hard i almost lost my lunch, and this morning i am feeling it!!! It feels so good to be sore though, im sort of addicted to it. Although i really couldnt make it to dance class this morning. I think that would be a lil too painful. So here i am, tryin to finish my giant bowl of oatmeal, and enjoying the pain Have a great monday!

Im havin a great day today. I totally nailed my dance midterm!! I need at least one A in there, its a lot harder to get one than i thought it would be. Jazz is so sassy, but takes a lot of energy. Im glad i have my whey with me today. Hope everyone is havin a great friday! Thanks for the recipe ideas from my last blog!

I never realized how much your Pre-workout meal affects the workout…My friend who I havent seen in months came in town and wanted to go out for dinner. Well, i havent had a cheat meal all week so i figured id just eat moderate at the Mexican Food Restaurant. I had some queso and some chips, and some guac and some tortillas. Carb/sodium city so i expected to feel like crap…but then i had to workout a couple hours later and Wow…it was horrible. I felt sluggish, and i was burping up queso taste, it was nasty. It just made me realize, its really not worth it. The bad food tastes good at that moment, but it makes me feel horrible, gross and bloaty for a day or more! When honestly, i could cook something that would be healthier and much tastier. Im through with junk. My goal is to make it to my birthday (April 23) with no cheat meals. If anyone has any good recipes for quick, easy, healthy meals that you would think i like, message me.

Omg, in dance today the instructor said to do whatever we felt like across the floor….well being the ninja i am, i decided to do backward rolls all the way down the floor….i hit my knee wrong like 5 times on the hard gym-like floor. It hit HARD. Now its all swollen and bruised and its just an hour later… . I cant skip my workout today! I guess ill just work arms/abs even tho today was supposed to be Legs. I cant bend it too much. Ive iced it, anyone have any suggestions to make it feel better enough to do a decent workout?

Today has been great so far, even though its a Monday and I have school from 9am-9pm . I had a super big breakfast because i dont have much time to eat in between my classes. I did cheat a big and have some Easter candy, which i told my parents not to give me, but whatever. I only took half of it home. They did get me lots of tic tacs, which are good. Well here is Today’s plan. I have legs and back today and abs!! I hate working out late at night but I dont have a choice today Ill end up workin out at like 10-12 . O well, almost done with Week 5 of my 13 weeks! almost halfway done!! w00t!! Tomorrow is the last day!! Hope everyone is havin a great day and havin fun giving your easter candy to other ppl who arent health conscious!

Early Dinner: No idea, dont have much in the fridge, maybe pork loin left over with sweet potato and green salad.

lol well i was eating good until dinner time. My chicken wasnt thawed by the time i got home and I was hungry! I hadnt had a cheat all week so i thought ‘what the hell’ so my boyfriend and I ordered a pizza and finished it off, then we went out with my friend that was in town for some drinks…lol and some more drinks….and more drinks…well I prolly ate 2000cals in drinks last night but i never do that, it was fun while it lasted. So i prolly ate 4k cals yesterday haha. Whoops. Back on top of it today, drinking lots of water and green tea to try and rehydrate myself before my workout. Had my oatmeal and that made me feel better. Now its time to get serious! No ****in around!!

Here’s today’s meal plan:
8am:B: Kashi Go Lean Oatmeal w/ tsp honey and 1tbsp PB and cinnamon. + Green tea (approx 250)
11am (have to go somewhere)L: 1 cup potato soup & 1 link chicken sausage (~300)
1pm: 1 scoop whey protein and water(120)
4pm: Banana & 1Tbsp PB(200)
6pm: Chicken Breast & Mixed Green Salad(500)
9pm: 1 scoop whey and water(120)
Total: 1500
I might add in 100 more cals in somewhere, i need to be eating 1600-1700
Today I have Cardio X in P90X which is HIIT mixed with Yoga and Kenpo Karate. Its fun so i dont mind!
OH! Im so happy, i fit in a shirt i havent worn in over a year! Im so psyched.

Today i worked my back and biceps and OMG they were still sore from my 100+ pushups 2 days ago. I did my ab routine and those were really sore too. I think because i totally pushed it on weds. I can feel and see a difference in every part of my body and it feels amazing. My weight keeps fluctuating 5lbs everyweek tho. It seems its now starting to drop off after 5 weeks. I know im putting on considerable muscle though because its obvious in my clothes that im not gaining fat. Its really hard to eat enough clean food. I always end up a couple hundred off, but a couple of PB takes care of it !! Im all stocked up on chicken for the next couple days. Im feeling so good! I cant wait to see what the next month will bring!!

I woke up to find one of my pacific island boas, Camus died . A lot of people dont understand but I love my snakes as much as my dogs, they have their own personalities …..It was just horrible to wake up to find him dead. ….

OMG Never have my arms trembled so much. I pushed it way hard today although my right shoulder is giving be some trouble due to an old Judo injury. I felt it do the ‘cold sting’ in the middle of a set and decided I should let it rest for a couple days. Luckily it didnt bother me till the end of my workout. I love havin my whey protein and a big spoonful of PB afterwards, its like candy Onto some jump training tomorrow!! Oh, btw my diet has been much better lately, i finished off all my crackers today and I am not going to buy anymore for at least a month. No more bad food allowed in my apt, just one Gyro meal a week I love Gyros, they are heaven on earth!! Haha, you all take care!!
