I took a bit of a break, had to graduate, move, etc but now Im back for the time being. We dont have any furniture in the new place yet, so i thought i would take a new profile pic before it gets all dirty and cramped with boxes and stuff. We should get a new couch and stuff tomorrow :) ! Im so excited! well anyway, hope all is well!

The 165 calorie meal that will blow your mind.

I just came up with this, and it is definitely now one of my fav things to eat. Its low carb, high in protein and very filling (with 165 cals, who would of guessed, right?)

First chop up 1/2 a sweet onion, let simmer in a pan till onion softens. (i use spray instead of oil to lower the cals, u can use olive oil of course)
Chop up a small roma tomato and add to the onion. Let simmer for a min or two.
Add in 1 tablespoon of real bacon bits (i use oscar meyer, they are only 25 cals per serving)
Toast an Omega 3 Pita loaf (They are amazing and only 60 cals and 6 carbs. I found them at walmart)
Add in 2 servings of Eggbeaters, add in a lil cracked sea salt and pepper

Scramble together till egg is cooked. Pour on top and BAM!! 165 cals of amazingness

Well i feel great today. Im super excited to be starting phase 3 of P90X and to make up for my crappy Phase 2 I am doing doubles + double abribberX. So this means working out 45 mins in the morning and 1.5-2 hrs at night. Im so pumped to see changes. Im hoping this paired with my new diet will bring about a lot of big changes in the next month :) . Thanks for all the support guys!!

First day of new cutting diet, went awesome :)

Well, i know its not perfect but i am proud that I even got through the first day :) Here it is

8am: 1/2 cup oats, 1tbsp PB honey + 1/2 scoop whey + coffee with 1tsp cream (i gotta have my coffee)

11am: 3oz ground turkey + mixed greens and sliced tomato

1pm: Pure Protien Bar

3pm: 2 servings Beef Jerky (yum)

5pm: Mixed Green Salad + Grilled Chicken + Homemade honey-lime vingarette

-workout at 7-8:30-

8:30pm: 1 scoop whey + 1 cup soymilk + 1/2 banana + 1 tbsp PB

prolly eat more salad before bed but im pretty full right now

Im now 22!

So, i havent posted a blog in awhile, but i wanted to just let everyone know how im doin. I added in running 2-3x a week to help loose some body fat but right now its just counteracting my eating this week. Ive had 3 cheat days this week because of my bday. Im not really too concerned, im not going all out crazy with my diet, just havin 1-2 slices of pizza and some wine, then eating out another night and tomorrow is the 3rd night in which i plan on getting a lil tipsy and havin some fun by the pool. Otherwise i feel great and i am feeling a lot stronger in my workouts. :) Hope everyone is doin well.

Today i took some progress pictures and wow, who would of known loosing a lb or two would make my abs show through that much!! Im so psyched to see something working. I felt sorta down the last couple weeks thinking the work wasnt paying off, but i can definitely see a difference today. :)

Im back!!! I have question tho. Im looking for a good energy sup. I usually do my workouts at night and im really tired, i want to try ‘black powder’ but its pretty expensive. You guys know of any good ones for under 40$ or so?

I did a major upper body workout yesterday. I pushed it so hard i almost lost my lunch, and this morning i am feeling it!!! It feels so good to be sore though, im sort of addicted to it. Although i really couldnt make it to dance class this morning. I think that would be a lil too painful. So here i am, tryin to finish my giant bowl of oatmeal, and enjoying the pain :) Have a great monday!

Im havin a great day today. I totally nailed my dance midterm!! I need at least one A in there, its a lot harder to get one than i thought it would be. Jazz is so sassy, but takes a lot of energy. Im glad i have my whey with me today. Hope everyone is havin a great friday! Thanks for the recipe ideas from my last blog!
