Chest/Bicep Day
Incline
45 x 8, 135 x 8, 155 x 8, 175 x 8, 185 x 6

NOTE: I have been doing rotator cuff exercises, I am sick and tired of sore shoulders that pop! I added Orange Triad to my supps which should help, but I am adding in rotator cuff exercises to make sure I am working them right. I am also staying away from any sort of presses for shoulder day, I am sticking to a cable machine for shoulders until I feel I am ready to start using free weights again.

DB Bench
35 x 8, 45 x 8, 65 x 8, 75 x 8…stopped after this. Shoulders popping

BB curls
45 x 8, 65 x 12, 75 x 8, 75 x 8, 75 x 8
DB curls
25 x 8, 30 x 8, 35 x 8, 35 x 8 - 40s will be next week!

Then I played  45 min of raquetball. Wow time flies when you play that
