The holiday eating and training slack!
So the holidays are here and the ultimate test I feel is among us! All the sweets and goodies that go around from family to family and home to home. Can you stay away? This is my will at its best. Being able to discipline myself and not eat any and everything that comes my way but to be able to cheat and eat clean as I normally do!
Training is in question too. Who gives up training once they go somewhere to visit or hangout with family and friends. Thats HUGE set back to getting HUGE! So just think about this and keep in mind what goals we have set and continue to achieve them and not slack and pack on fat!
