Well i bought the P90X set and im going to give it a shot. I was going to bulk for a few months and then start my summer cut in Jan but im pretty pumped about doing this and at the price i found it for i couldnt pass it up. If i can cut to my goal weight (10%bf) then i can always do a short bulk and cut again before next summer. My guess is 10% will be my weight being around 145-150. Im around 170 right now so we will see how it goes
Im going to be doing it while taking creatine for the first 2 months and then drop it on the last month. Not really eating the meals they have planned out but im still eating the total cals and macros they have in the book.
I did Chest Monday and thats what the program calls for so i think i will start today with the program instead of waiting until next week. Ill take pics and measurements in the morning.
so…. Here we go!

I have been dieing for a new workout setup for my home. What i have has worked but im so limited its killing me so i made a choice to spend my tax return for something a little better. Could only spare about $300 for it tho so could not get too crazy but atleast an upgrade.
I found a bench at WalMart that was really cheap and had everything i wanted for $150

So i figure SWEET! i will use the other $150 for a bar and weights, only to find that the bar alone was $150!!! Weights would cost another $200 unless i went really light but im bulking soon and thats the very reason i want to buy something new. I was so bumd out! so i started looking at other places to find cheaper weights. About to give up on the whole deal and just use what i have and then….
BAM!!!! Found a guy thats selling all of his stuff!!!
A better bench!!! The bar!!!! 300lbs in weights!! EZcurl bar!!! Dumbells!!! ALL for $200!!!!!!! looking it all up on the net its worth over $700 and the best part of the bench is it has a straight bar enclosed in a safety cage so i can dift like a mad man without the worry of not having a spotter. SWEET!!!
Called the guy up and im picking it up tomaro!! HELL YEAH!!! Going to be a long drive but its worth it for sure!

Finaly over the hardest part of no carb diet.
Was a beating!!! No energy most of the week and i was also on my off cycle of Lipo so that made it even harder! Its beind me now and im feeling better this week, also back on Lipo6x.
Lost 3 lbs, im sure it was water weight but its sure good to see the scale in the 150s
also lost .5 on the waist!
Found myself really wanting some bread over the weekend. It was so bad i bought a hamburger to eat the meat,cheese and bacon that was on it and found myself chewing on the bread just to taste it and then spiting it out. lol
Now thats sad lol

3days left until progress pics!!
I am happy to see that im back to 164 on the scale but i have not lost much on the waist messurements. I have been working my a$$ off to try and make good progress since i did so poorly over the holidays. My progress pics are my motivation and to have a bad month pic will kill me!
I was really hoping to be around 14% this month and 10% by March. Who knows, maybe i can still make my March goal if i work hard. Maybe i can even start bulking by my birthday in May :D

This was supposed to be my break away month. Really push hard and get to 15%bf but the holidays killed me. So much eating and drinking
Progress pics in 8 days! Need to do a liquid diet the last 3days so it looks like i made some progress atleast

10 days past since i took progress pics and i have not droped any weight or size. Im going to start the run in the morning again and hope that helps. I hope im not to the point where i need to take a week off. I dont know if i can go a week without workingout!!! I have not had a good refeed day in about 2 weeks, maybe thats what i need.

Well I have my 3rd month pics up and it does not look too bad. I can see a small difference. I have to work harder this month though that’s for sure! Have to stop slacking off as much and push my cardio harder. I really do feel as if im not muscular enough. I would like to add some with a bulk but then I can kiss my goal goodbye for this summer. My close friends told me that I should just keep cutting so I guess it’s just in my head. Oh well…..Here we go!! Work hard for the Jan pics!!!

I just noticed that i have only lost 2 lbs and .25 on my waist in 1 whole month!! Thats a major kick in the nuts! I have been slacking off too much!! not pushing hard enough!! I have lost hope of my Jan goal b/c of it. Now, do i get back on the horse and kick the shit out of it or get depressed and slack off even more???

I have 1 week until i have to take progress pics. i was really looking forward to having some nice pics to post but i feel like i have not lost any fat over the last month. Nov was really not a good month for me, Divorce is not going well, New girlfriend left me to go back to her baby’s daddy and i am so broke with xmas just right around the corner! I need my house to sell!!!
I guess i will move my goal back to March and hope for the best.

Woohoo!!!
Even after the hoidays with all the drinking and eating i worked hard enough to not gain any weight, i even lost .25 off my waist. Now thats behind me i have to work extra hard to get to atleast 13% by Jan.
Its getting to cold to run in the morning unless i go buy some winter running clothing. Dont really have the cash for it so i think i will get back on the bike and just try and up my workout as hard as i can.
