Needing a pep-talk :-(
March 2, 2009Feeling a little discouraged today. I hurt myself in the gym Friday and found that my immediate panic was about not being to workout again… ever! It’s not that bad though. I’m going to recover and went to the gym this morning and had a pretty good workout. My injury is still sore, but I think I’ll be back to 100% in a few more days.
I’ve also realized that it sure would be helpful to invest in a personal trainer. I find that I’ve got so many questions and although I’ve got people around me who have a good amount of experience, their answers seem to boil down to "opinion" rather than "knowledge" which makes me a little hesitant to follow their advise. I’ve tried to find someone in this area to work with and I’m not having any luck at all! Soooo, I guess I’ll just keep trying to learn as I go here
On the bright side… I must be doing something right because I’m really seeing some progress and hubby says he sees ALOT of progress.
