BACK ON TRACK
HI EVERYONE I AM BACK IN THE GYM! I HAVE BEEN AWAY FOR A WHILE GAINED A FEW POUNDS AND NOW BACK TO MY LAST WEIGHT JUST TRYING TO UP THE CARDIO WITH SOME RUNNING AND LOTS OF JUMP ROPE. I HOPE TO SEE SOME RESULTS SOON. I AM REALLY WANTING TO KEEP A CLEAN DIET BUT MAN ITS IS TOUGH WITHOUT THE ENERGY. ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED.
