So when your quads are sore to the touch what do you? I did squats for the first time in a few weeks and HOLY ****! Thanks all, Theresa

3-4 ibuprofen every 4 hours for a few days…if you can handle ibuprofen, some have to eat something with them. a good warm up before the next few workouts and very light stretching. good luck to you! it will get better

hell yeah thats whats up, before i moved to this camp the camp i was at i would train legs till about to puke! and it would hurt the next day so so bad, but i lived it, and the gurls that trained with me love the results in the legs and glutes

Im gonna take a walk with the dogs. I think tht will help flush the lactic acid as drinking water more too! =)

i’m in the same situation right now, it sucks…i just try to stretch and not let them tighten up. Good luck

Yeah mine are bettertonight after the 2 1/2 mile walk outside. I stretched at work and walk alot there too. So, I’m on the mend!
