MASS WORKOUT WEEK 2 DAY 9
CLOSE STANCE SQUATS - 200×15, 200×15, 200×15
Felt horrible. Felt pressure after in the back of my head after doing these. Felt like passing out.
DIPS - 1X60
Ended up doing 5 sets of 12. After this I felt nauseous and almost puked. I had to call it quits.
WORKOUT NOTES: I think I ate too much before my workout. I had a panini, orange, and protein shake about 45 minutes before my workout. I don’t know but I almost threw up after 2 exercises. I felt like a failure. Need to come back strong on Thursday. Need to make sure I am eating properly and taking care of my body too.
