Weekends shake!
This is the protein shake i take mostly on weekends.
-350ml of skim milk
-1/2 cup of fresh oats
-2 tablespoons of flax seeds
-1 banana
-1 scoop of MuscleMilk
-1 or 2 eggs
I tell u, when u first try it, u will love it forever haha
