A HUMBLE THANK YOU! & HFD
This is just a quick entry to say a humble and sincere THANK YOU to everyone who looked at my profile page, made comments and started friendships! Frankly, I am just sitting here with my jaw dropped in awe! While I don’t feel deserving, I am VERY proud just to have a profile here on BodySpace, much less be considered one of the most visited!
I’ve been here less than two months, but I can honestly say I am in the best shape of my life and the biggest reason for that is the huge amount of encouragement and support I get from you guys on here. And, I firmly believe the best is yet to come. I am totally committed to moving to the next level, which for me is 8-10 more pounds muscle while maintaining low bodyfat and definition!
HAPPY FATHER’S DAY to all you Dads! I’m the proud father of a son and a daughter, both married — AND, I have four of the best grandchildren anyone could ask for: Grady - 9, Sydney Rae - 7, Reed - 5, and Mary Helen - 3.
This is definitely MY opinion, but life dosen’t get much better than this! Thanks again -Ray

Hi Ray,
After coming across this blog I was curious about you, so I looked at your photos. I was blown away! I then read your blogs, and so much of what you said about how you started up and how bodybuilders are perceived resonated big time with me. I’m 43 and have been bodybuilding for 4.25 years. It’s only since coming on this site last fall and interacting with the community that I have come to appreciate the wonderful journey I am on, and that I consider myself a legitimate bodybuilder. I have made great progress but still have a lot of goals for myself, and I love working towards them. Just let me congratulate you for sharing your accomplishments on here, and in 15 years when I’m 58 if I can be even close to where you are I will consider myself extremely fortunate.

I can’t think of anyone more deserving than you. You’re an inspiration to me and I hope I look half a good as you when I get to be your age.
