FIRST HARD DAY BACK IN THE GYM

After months of injuries, finally hit the gym hard today with legs, It felt good to feel the blood rushing through them,  " feel the burn". After all that time OFF I was amazed that I had little fatigue, somewhat  happy with the quads and hams, calve still got it.

First of all let me tell you that I love your goal! Very nice. Also, I too, understand the feeling of getting back to the gym after injury. I was doing deadlifts and whoops! They thought it was a herniated disc but lucky me..it was JUST a badly strained or strained back muscle. Enough to keep me bent over for a week and on anti inflamitories and vicadin! Congrats on getting back to the gym! Keep up the good work!
    Stay Safe!

Isn’t It amazing.. I feel the same way back into it thanks to this site as well as friends at my other…www.mybodysite.com/fitty… You hit ruts and this is the only one I have ever had exercise wise.. Lot of crap in life going on like losing a brother… ect… but won’t bore you.. Feels great to be back and see how great a body that loves exercise responds quickly. It’s late Hopefully Im making sense…
    thank for the add……. lol

In an occupation like yours it is an understatement the importance of keeping in shape. I think it is awesome you have made this commitment to yourself. Keep it up and be safe.
