Accomplished my first short term goal!!!!
My short term goal was to gain 10 Lbs of muscle and not gain any body fat. I have accomplished that and acutally dropped my body fat by 1%. I think this will be the easiest goal to meet since my body responds quickly when I first start back up. My next goal is to gain another 10 Lbs by May 09 and get my BF% down to 10%. This is going to be harder. I know that consistency of workouts is going to be key and also the intensity of the workouts. The challenge for me is diet, getting enough of the right kind of food. Will be reading alot to learn how to do this with my schedule. Any advice would be appreciated.

lWell alright bro!…you’re on your way. Minimize your sugars…go for the protein and green vegetables….and no beer…UGH!!! Keep up with strength training….and end your routine with cardio of some sort…but not alot…don’t want you to overburn.

Diet is a problem for me too, i’m working on my research for the best way to go with food without loosing muscle and still pushing as much weight as possible. There has to be a way of doing that!!! good luck with your goals
