We’ll Its was a great vacation full of hamburger and pizza. I actually lost some weight due to fighting the tide and riding the waves. Lost a little strength though so its back to the gym and supplements. Destin was beautiful and there were hints and reminders everywhere that made me confident and motivated.

Well here we are two days from the Vacation and I met my goals. Haven’t had a 30" waist in years. Not real happy with the bicepts but the tricepts, chest, and abs came together nicely. Weighed in at 168 and that made my day. So now its off to Destin to drop the shirt and get some sun. When I get back I’m getting pizza, hamburgers, and beer all for the same meal as a reward and the its on to packing on 15 or 20 pounds of muscle for the winter. Gonna have to watch the body fat though. Maybe I can get some legs going too.

AND your not in this world to live up to mine.
These immortal power full words seem to sum up everything for me at this point in my life. I remember them each time I talk to my x-wife, kids, parents, and my training partner for sure.   I only hope the next three weeks I will live up to my own expectations. Is five pounds of muscle too much to ask for in a three or four week turn? We shall see.

End of cutting and none to soon, I’m freaking starving!

Well today marks the last day of cutting and cardio only. My body has rested but my energy has went to crap. Total loss of 13 pounds. Starting in the morning breakfast as breakFEAST shall begin for one week, along with picking the irons back up. Gonna try to keep it clean and let it rip. As a personal note the wife moved all her crap yesterday so I should be able to amp up the intensity at the gym, the time too. Just have to change gyms so I don’t run in to her.

Ship Captain Log Stardate 6-24-09

The Enterprise has went on R&R this week only watching the proper lean fuel intake. An unplanned trip to solve problems in the Monroe System lead to the captain (ME) swinging a maul in 102 degree heat. If my crew makes the mistake of causing my shoulder anymore damage I will have to take defensive measures. My total ship capacity has been exceeded by 2 pounds over night, so I will have to go on duty this evening with cardio even though my shoulder is failing. Damn rotator cuff.
My sister ship, The USS Bitch Kelly has decided to go rouge and leave as my escort, so I will be searching for a new ally in the not so distant future. She too has been watching her shape but it seems the wounder full outer changes have resulted in some serious internal defects. At one time she was the reason the stars twinkled and the planets turned in my eyes, but now it seems she is the vast cold emptiness that is space.
I’m not really sure as to the heading I should take at this point. I suppose I will keep exploring the limitless possablilties and try to stay shipshape for now, by going to evasive measures for the next three weeks. Creatine loading and mass building for the first week, then two weeks of maintenance should lead to a great Destin getaway in three weeks.

BTW…I’m not a "Trecky" just seemed to fit.
