I have been on a long hiatus for a minute. My daughter was on life-support and is now by the Grace of God look’n as if nothing has happened except for the loss of her hair. But other than she is very Blessed. I’m now in the works of getting my thoughts and plans back on track with my workouts, whooa. My trial has taken a toll on me but I’m doing well and hopefully I should be okay.

I have been down and out for a minute. To start, my daughter was diagnosed with lupus a year and a half ago and it has been Hell every since. She has been in and out of the Hosp. and as we speak she is being released from the Hosp. with her kidneys and dehydration, maybe it’s from the medication, maybe it’s missed diagnosed, who knows. I know that I am having nervous breakdown. I have not been in the gym for about a month and I try and try to get myself and my mind in order but it’s been a daily challenge. I’m gonna get myself together. (one of theses days)

Okay, Okay, I’m minding my business, when I think I’m doing good, why do I see someone get on the treadmill in front of me and pass me on the mileage after I’ve been up there 35minutes. I also see that their pace on the treadmill was on a notch higher than mine, which kinda made me feel a little better. All in all I got my run in today(need to quick’n the pace) and it felt good, with a little ab work.

Did my daily run this morning,  had a little trouble but managed to get it together. I had not been on my daily grind due to out of town guest, laziness and straight up ignoring my priorities. Tomorrow is my weightlifting day I can just about imagine that .                                                           Â

Today has not been a good day at all. I had been try’n my damndest not to get sick from all these people that I work with and some of the patients that have been seen in the office, but it seems that it has gotten a hold of me and I’ve been try’n me best to fight it. With a sore throat and sluggish feelings I feel right now it takes away from the time I have to work out, haaaah shit. I guess I’ll have to see how I feel tomorrow:-(

Stress plays a daily part of my life and continuing to keep my head above water, man. I’m tired of being tired. What gives? Where’s my superhero when I need one. Yes it is a struggle to continue a daily workout when you have so many distractions that needs your attention and when does it end, when your dead? One of my favorite quotes "Its not the load that breaks you down, it’s the way you carry it." -Lena Horne Well my load has broken my back in so many ways I feel disabled. HELP, somebody, anybody.

Two years ago I had surgery on my back. I just woke up one day and fell to ground unable to move. I somehow managed to make it to work after about two hours of struggle and was rushed to the emergency room. The Doc stated that if I didn’t have the   surgery I would end up not being able to have any control over lifting my right leg or foot, so without hesitation I had the surgery. It has taken me a while to understand proper back maintanence and proper stretching. It is of great importance to all to properly maintain good posture and stretching the back. “PLEASE” do not overlook or think back pain won’t or can’t happen to you. If could have done it all over again, I probably would have re-thought the whole surgery thing. But all in all keep proper maintanence of the back would avoid a lot of unnecessary problems. It can sometimes still be a struggle for me daily but i’m still learning to manage.
