Feel’n Good
I have been on a long hiatus for a minute. My daughter was on life-support and is now by the Grace of God look’n as if nothing has happened except for the loss of her hair. But other than she is very Blessed. I’m now in the works of getting my thoughts and plans back on track with my workouts, whooa. My trial has taken a toll on me but I’m doing well and hopefully I should be okay.

i have been away for a while, sorry to hear about your daughter, but i’m soo glad to she is doing better. How are you?
