This is my first comment, trying to get started with my body blog. I’m excited about the accomplishments I have already made. In 1.5 years I have lost 70lbs and gone from 38.6% body fat down to 17% I have put on some noticeable muscle mass and want to continue to pack on muscle. I’m about to leave for the gym. I am not on a specific diet, I just try to eat right, lots of fruit, veggies, lean meat, lots of protein and drink tons of water. Eating healthy and exercising has become a way of life for me. I feel 20 years younger.
