My Advancements.

In february i started charting, and eating right. I never used to eat right and it got me nowhere — but now i’m on the right track.

 I started off benching 75 for 6, squatting 135 for 6, dead-lifting 185 for 6 and i weighed about 123 lbs.

Now — after i’ve gotten used to doing everything just 2 months later i bench 135 for 6, squat 205 for 6, dead-lift 235 for 6 and weigh about 134. I know its a huge jump, but i think when i started my body wasn’t used to it (I pushed hard and did as much as i could do at the time, these numbers aren’t bullshit). Every day is charted.

 I still have a long way to go, I am adding alot of fat to the mix even though i eat healthy. I think i’m going to put on muscle until i’m around 170-180, and then cut up really well until i look great.

My Goals in retrospect.

I plan to have a good looking body, not a powerlifters body. I am bodybuilding right now, taking nitrix, cellmass and truemass in correspondance with the labels. I eat well, lean chicken, meat when i can, oatmeal, milk with my shakes, fruits and vegetables, fiber, multivitamin, tuna, peanut butter, cottage cheese, whole wheat, lots and lots of pasta.

I strength train 4 times a week. I do:

Mon: Legs

Tues: Chest, tris, abs

Wed: Back, Bis, Forearms

Thurs: Shoulders, traps, sometimes abs

This is a very good schedule for me, my workouts are intense and effective. I weigh 132 and hope to weigh 150, and within my lifetime maybe 180 with a single digit body fat %.
