My Advancements.
Tuesday, April 24th, 2007In february i started charting, and eating right. I never used to eat right and it got me nowhere — but now i’m on the right track.
I started off benching 75 for 6, squatting 135 for 6, dead-lifting 185 for 6 and i weighed about 123 lbs.
Now — after i’ve gotten used to doing everything just 2 months later i bench 135 for 6, squat 205 for 6, dead-lift 235 for 6 and weigh about 134. I know its a huge jump, but i think when i started my body wasn’t used to it (I pushed hard and did as much as i could do at the time, these numbers aren’t bullshit). Every day is charted.
I still have a long way to go, I am adding alot of fat to the mix even though i eat healthy. I think i’m going to put on muscle until i’m around 170-180, and then cut up really well until i look great.
