All the outdoors activities you mentioned you will be able to have should be good for the soul. Nothing quite like some fresh air in your lungs. Keep up on your goals, you can do it! We can do it!!</description>

My soreness usually kicks in high gear 2-3 days after the actual work out - so today I realized that my biceps are hollering.

					<description>I made the mistake of weight training hard when I started about two years ago (after never really having worked out before).  I got so sore I couldn't do another session for a week and a half, haha.

Just think of it in terms of momentum: your body is used to working and eating a certain way, so the first 2 or 3 weeks are going to be harder because you're reversing that trend.  Then it's all downhill!</description>
