DAY 3- OMG

hey everyone ,
today is day 3 of my training for my Nov 1st show..All i can say is " calgon take me away". I feel like someone balled me up and stuffed me in a small pickle jar..This experience so far has truely shown me how out of shape I am, and it also shows me that what is the point of not eating clean..I mean i love working out, but gaining 25lbs and have to lose it again, it’s a headache..almost  a year of mc.donalds, kfc, all that crap was not worth it..Now i’m in the gym crying..but i will be ok i guess in about a week or so..right now i just want to scream..this will be the last time I ever have to deal with weight loss again..im done..soooooooooooooo done…

I hear ya girl, I did a 28 day program, and the first week I was miserable, but once your body detox’s you will feel so much better and healthier. You can do this…I am right there with you. Keep it up. =) jill

I made the mistake of weight training hard when I started about two years ago (after never really having worked out before). I got so sore I couldn’t do another session for a week and a half, haha.

Just think of it in terms of momentum: your body is used to working and eating a certain way, so the first 2 or 3 weeks are going to be harder because you’re reversing that trend. Then it’s all downhill!

You are so funny! I hear you loud and clear. I started a new program a few weeks back and I couldn’t even sit on the toilet (squats) if you know what I mean. My soreness usually kicks in high gear 2-3 days after the actual work out - so today I realized that my biceps are hollering.

You keep up the hard work and thanks for keeping it real -
