Well, it’s now day #51, the end of week #7 of my BFL 12 Week Challenge. Transformation journey of a true ectomorph, actually I was a fat skinny guy. I began this challenge at 5′ 10′’, 177lbs., 24%BF,. waist 34", chest 36". Get the picture. If U don’t, be glad U don’t. Definitely stressful to the eye. A sack of mush with sticks for arms & legs. Now I’m 165lbs., @ 20% BF(not marvelous but I’ll take it), chest 37, & waist 32.5. Following the good nutrition plan was most difficult. But I’ve got it down to a science now. I just keep it simple: fressh/frozen grilled chicken breasts & turkey tenderloin, tuna, salmon, halibut, no non-processed meats; beans, fresh sweet potatoes, fresh eafy greens, fresh brocoli, onion, garlic, fresh tomatoes, fresh green/red/yellow peppers, protein shakes, & drinking 72 ozs of water daily. I know it sounds boring. But I’ve learned that a "simple" nutrition plan is an easy plan to incoporate into one’s daily life. Hey, we’re all here b/c we want to transform our selves, Right? So simplicity works for me. After all , Arnold’s way worked for Arnold(also an ectomorph). I found what works for me. Find that which works for U. Then stick to it. Not all of our bodies react to the same stimuli. nor to the same stresses in the same manner. Tweak here and there if/when necessary. But don’t deviate. Be consistent. I have learned that when I consistently feed my body good nutritious foods; consistently force it to do cardio consistently, & resistance train consistently w/increasing weight/resistance, it does respond accordingly. With positie outcome.

I was foolish to believe that I would metamorph completely into this awesome looking specimen. However, there are visible changes in my body. I am content, but continually & consistently striving towards my goals At this point, my greatest accomplishmentt, is how I feel. I feel marvelous everyday!!!! My short-term goals are: by Novenber 25, 2008 (End of the 12 Week Challenge) are to be 155lbs, 15% BF, waist 30". Special thanks to: eurasian surgeon, & julofthenile. Ur contunued encouragement & support kept me in the batter’s box swingin’!!!!
