Hi Everyone,
Boy have I missed being here. Been away a while and have not worked out in a few monthe hell 6 atleast but went back today and hopeto regroup. Had a shoulder issue and then laid back a while and wouldn’t you know I still have the damn pinched nerve but I am starrting over again.I need all the help I can get to stay motivated. Hope to see how everyone else is doing

ok people I thought i was serious and then I let life and issues be my excuses. it is a discipline thing I made up my mind that I have to be more disciplined. I read today discipline is like a muscle the more you use it the more it grows and the stronger it gets! WEll today I decided I am doubling cardio and damn letting ppl distract me . I know what I want and I KNOW HOW TO GET IT . I have been training but nothing like what I need to be doing . I will take new pics this week and then make myself take them every couple weeks for more motivation and to see that Ican get what I want! I need all the help , encouragement and critics that I can get. wish me luck!

HI Everyone, Justto let you know I have been busy moving and taking care of a sick child and working my butt off , lost focus for a while but thankful not to have gained any weight but lost some tone. getting back full force started back a few days ago but here I go again. I hope all is well for all and help me stay focused here … lol

Well here lately I was fighting a horrid upper respirtory infection, flu and the whole nine yards I was bad for about 2 weeks and could not get my full workouts in . My eating was still good but not as frequent as it should have been but the last 3 weeks I have been doing good eating every two - tree hours,, taking all my supplements all day, drinking my noni and doing cardio in the am and workouts at night, after my cardio i have been trying to slip in some ab work too. I have found the lIFESTYLE CUT DIET AND PROGRAM AND IT IS FABULOUS! I am getting stronger and then I will build better as well. I hope to take updated pics this Saturday. I am stoked on this clean eating and the workout!!!!! I gaired 3 v% BODYFAT FROM DRINKING BEER TWO WEEKENDS IN A ROW BUT HAVE SWORN OFF IT NOW. wE ARE HAVING A COMPETITION HERE IN EXACTLY 1 YEAR AND i WANT TO TRY MY LUCK. iT IS ATUALLY THE FIRST ONE IN THIS AREA BUT IT IS A GOOD GOAL TO REACH. i HAVE SINCE LOST THE BODY FAT AND STILL TRYING TO GET IT DOWN . I ultimately was trying for 10 % but for short term i WANT TO GET IT QTLEAST TO 14 IN THE NEXT MONTH SO WE WILL SEE. i AM DOING NO MORE THAN 45 MINUTES OF LOW CARDIO AND STRONG WORKOUTS. mY WEIGHT IS IS 126 AND i AM VERY HAPPY W/ THAT. I had an awesome arm workout today and feel like i can barely type, I was very happy with it. I also found that i was merely overtraining and trying to do too much in my workouts and lead me to be sloppy which was very in effective to what i WAS TRYING TO ACCCOMPLISH. nONETHELESS, i AM LEARNING ALOT AND DO ALL i CAN TO LEARN MORE, I READ ALL THE ARTICLES AND TRAINING i CAN READ WHEN I AM NOT READING REAL ESTATE and BEING A MOM BUT i CAN SEE I AM GETIING SOMEWHERE AND CANT WAIT TO GET EVEN BETTER

Ok all this time I was telling everyone how I had no support. Well I think I have finally had a break through, Both my 14 yr old qnd my husband joined the gym and they are goingand actually applying workouts and cardio! yEA WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT! My husband even helped to spot me on certqin excercises due to my shoulder and impingement in my neck that i otherwise would not do and would not ask for help in the gym for several reasons of being to intimidated. Anyway, this has brought along a new boost for me and I hope they continue! I nevert pushed them but I think them seeing my dedication and my discipline to myself it may have rubbed off who knows but for now it is great!

Ok I have to admit i feel like I am working my a** off ,i can tell I am losing wieght because of all my clothes but nonetheless,I look in the mirror and still disappointed. I will post new pics later this week and maybe then i can see a better difference. I have cleaned up the eating except over this weekend i actually broke and maybe that is part of my issue this week but Iwill not let it get me down as Rome was not built in a day. I have this pinched nerve and causing alot of issues with my left arm and still neck problems at times. I have been toldthat until i get that fixed that it will cause me problemswith increasing my growth etc. i STILL GET INHIBITED AT THE GYM SOME BUT NOT AS MUCH, there are not as many females there that take it quite as serious as i and I think I really need someone there to push me a little haqrder but fat chance those guys are all so damn into their own world lol. well wish me luck and keep pushing!
