Good training days

Well here lately I was fighting a horrid upper respirtory infection, flu and  the whole nine yards I was bad for about 2 weeks and could not get my full workouts in . My eating was still good but not as frequent as it should have been but the last 3 weeks I have been doing good eating every two - tree hours,, taking all my supplements all day, drinking  my noni and doing cardio in the am and workouts at night, after my cardio i have been trying to slip in some ab work too.   I have  found the lIFESTYLE CUT DIET AND PROGRAM AND IT IS FABULOUS!   I am getting stronger and then I will build better as well. I hope to take updated pics this Saturday. I am stoked on this clean eating and the workout!!!!!  I gaired  3 v% BODYFAT FROM DRINKING BEER TWO WEEKENDS IN A ROW BUT HAVE SWORN OFF IT  NOW. wE ARE HAVING A COMPETITION HERE IN EXACTLY 1 YEAR AND i WANT TO TRY MY LUCK.   iT IS ATUALLY THE FIRST ONE  IN THIS AREA BUT IT IS A GOOD GOAL TO REACH. i HAVE SINCE LOST THE BODY FAT AND STILL  TRYING TO GET IT DOWN . I ultimately was trying for 10 % but for short term i WANT TO GET IT QTLEAST TO 14  IN THE NEXT MONTH SO WE WILL SEE.  i AM DOING NO MORE THAN 45 MINUTES OF LOW CARDIO AND STRONG WORKOUTS.   mY WEIGHT IS IS 126 AND i AM VERY HAPPY W/ THAT. I had an awesome arm workout today and feel like i can barely type, I was very happy with it. I also found that i was merely overtraining and trying to do too much in my workouts and lead me to be sloppy which was very in effective to what i  WAS TRYING TO ACCCOMPLISH. nONETHELESS, i AM LEARNING ALOT AND DO ALL i CAN TO LEARN MORE,  I READ ALL THE ARTICLES AND TRAINING i CAN READ WHEN I AM NOT READING  REAL ESTATE and  BEING A MOM BUT  i CAN SEE I AM GETIING SOMEWHERE AND CANT WAIT TO GET EVEN BETTER

Ok I have to admit i feel like I am working my a**  off ,i can tell I am losing wieght because of all my clothes but nonetheless,I look in the mirror and still disappointed. I will post new pics later this week and maybe then i can see a better difference. I have cleaned up the eating except over this weekend i actually broke and maybe that is part of my issue this week but Iwill not let it get me down as Rome was not built in a day.  I have this pinched nerve and causing alot of issues with my left arm and still neck problems at times.   I have been toldthat until i get that fixed that it will cause me problemswith increasing my growth etc. i STILL GET INHIBITED AT THE GYM SOME BUT NOT AS MUCH, there are not as many females there that take it quite as serious as i and  I think I really need someone there to push me a little haqrder but fat chance those guys are all so damn into their own world lol. well wish me luck and keep pushing!

Not great day??????

Ok I tried to work out today but just had no get up and go.  I had full intentions of blasting out lots of reps and just  doing the damn thing ut after about 30 minutes  i was not doing as well as i felt  i needed. I took pictures and really got discouraged but it is only a small set back but maybe tommorw on legs and abs will be better. we have those days and tomorrow will be better………………….Hope this slump does not last. I did mkae it through an hour but fell it  was not as good as what I could have done, ok just a bad day…….

Okay ppl I weighed today, I have managed to lose 11 lbs !  I am not happy about the body fat @ 19 5 but I can see thourough progress and not to mention how i feel. Since I actually eat now Ifeel better , headaches are alot less, stress level  much better and my attitude is  Ok I am doing the damn thing. i get up in the morning sore as hell but I keep pushing for that goal that transformation.    My friends and acquaintences are seeing adifferenc too!  I do have a long way to go but itell you one thing Iam on the way.  Getting better all the time , thanks for everyones support!   I am tired and taking today off but I will be at the gym bright and early 4:30 In the am, so here I go to another grueling workout and when it hurts so bad I will remember the 1lbs and the difference I am seeing!

Today was a good workout

I had a good workout today loaded up on my supplements, got some Lipo 6 & some Tribulus fuel which enhances libido and for gys , i enhances sexual performance, just an fyi.  Nonetheless I increased my weight in all areas today and did 30 minutes of fast paced walking hilss & flats. I felt great afterwards and will do early am cardio tomorrow as well. I hooked up the diet with loads of fish & fresh veggies ,Increased my Tahitian Noni intake & lots of healthy snacks and set my phone alarm for every 3 hours to eat something.  We wiill see what the results are , Wish evryone the best of luck and kepp pushing!

Been good this week

I am doing much better this week I have worked out a full 4 days this week from being out three days, working on repairing the shoulder from some articles I found here, I can feel I am getting stronger and added 5 more pounds on my dumbells.    Ab work has not been enough but doing abs tonight. I have printed of the Lifestyle Cut Diet from here and currently learning to implement that in my daily life.   Starting more cardio on Monday have waited to get all the crap out of my lungs from previous illness but on my way.   I will weigh in on Monday but starting to feel a difference and some are even asking  I have gotten back on the weights so someone can tell!!!!!!      Lets move on to the next level!
