Really confused on the winter Bulking
Ok I have been working out and reading off and on for sometime but I am really confused here on this bulking up…..I am at 21% BF and I hate it and want to really see my abs here. I try to eat good but I must have my coffee with cream and use alternate sweetener, i eat about 4- 5 times a day and have my protein shakes in there as well. I am only 5 ‘1 on a good hair day LOl and everything i eat tends to show up on me ! Will someone help me with what the hell I am suppose to be eating here? I eat tuna, yogurt, chicken , love my veggis and all and love my protein shakes but feel totally clueless on some days! I am trying to do better with the water too but boy is that hard and I have cut out the diet drinks but once in a while I just have to have my diet Dr. Pepper ………. Not only that trying to keep up with this economy and feeding 5 kids and buying special diet crap for me they think I am retarded They are stuck on the home country cooking and I cant deal with that on my diet!
