Holiday Blah & coming back
Ok I must admit I knowthese darn Holidays come about the same time each year and today i rather disgusted that I have not worked out for like 3-4 days now and pigged out on oh say dressing , squash casserole, mac & cheese and a list of no no’s. today Iwas not going to go to the gym byt decidedthat I had to get in there. Had to shop on tuesday and start coking on Wednesday and thursday well gym closed, Friday worked / well getting backtoday I thought i would catch back up and to no avail .I called the best friend again and of course she could not go, go figure. I sat up all night last night planning my workout and needed a spotter for today because I had alot I wanted to do as far as bench press and triceps and have some pain still in the shoulder and wanted someone to help with the bench press etc. Not to many ppl were in the gym and of course I can not get a workout partner. I need some motivation to go ahead and say the heck eith it and JUST do it . Overall I did ok but not near where I wanted. I hope I am not the only one who went overboard on all the no-no foods. I will go back tomorrow and give it another shot as i hope not to over do it but again I do have goals to meet in about 5 weeks.

I went overboard too, sweet potatoes, fried turkey (no skin though), rolls, green beans … 2 plates!! The pie … yummy!! I’m not trying to loose weight though so it was OK for me. I hit the ‘gym’ hard today … set 3 PRs (I think) without really trying. I workout at home, I never have a spotter.
Good luck with your goals, I bet you can pull it off easily.
