Good training days
Monday, October 22nd, 2007Well here lately I was fighting a horrid upper respirtory infection, flu and the whole nine yards I was bad for about 2 weeks and could not get my full workouts in . My eating was still good but not as frequent as it should have been but the last 3 weeks I have been doing good eating every two - tree hours,, taking all my supplements all day, drinking my noni and doing cardio in the am and workouts at night, after my cardio i have been trying to slip in some ab work too. I have found the lIFESTYLE CUT DIET AND PROGRAM AND IT IS FABULOUS! I am getting stronger and then I will build better as well. I hope to take updated pics this Saturday. I am stoked on this clean eating and the workout!!!!! I gaired 3 v% BODYFAT FROM DRINKING BEER TWO WEEKENDS IN A ROW BUT HAVE SWORN OFF IT NOW. wE ARE HAVING A COMPETITION HERE IN EXACTLY 1 YEAR AND i WANT TO TRY MY LUCK. iT IS ATUALLY THE FIRST ONE IN THIS AREA BUT IT IS A GOOD GOAL TO REACH. i HAVE SINCE LOST THE BODY FAT AND STILL TRYING TO GET IT DOWN . I ultimately was trying for 10 % but for short term i WANT TO GET IT QTLEAST TO 14 IN THE NEXT MONTH SO WE WILL SEE. i AM DOING NO MORE THAN 45 MINUTES OF LOW CARDIO AND STRONG WORKOUTS. mY WEIGHT IS IS 126 AND i AM VERY HAPPY W/ THAT. I had an awesome arm workout today and feel like i can barely type, I was very happy with it. I also found that i was merely overtraining and trying to do too much in my workouts and lead me to be sloppy which was very in effective to what i WAS TRYING TO ACCCOMPLISH. nONETHELESS, i AM LEARNING ALOT AND DO ALL i CAN TO LEARN MORE, I READ ALL THE ARTICLES AND TRAINING i CAN READ WHEN I AM NOT READING REAL ESTATE and BEING A MOM BUT i CAN SEE I AM GETIING SOMEWHERE AND CANT WAIT TO GET EVEN BETTER
