TELL ME AGAIN WHY I THINK i HAVE TO BE SHERA????

tonight I had a hard workout, maybe you all won’t think so but I did the damn thing in my eyes and can feel it!!!Here’s what I did back & biceps…..stiffed legged deadlift-30 lbs  x 2 reps ,1@ 15 /12,  stiffed legged dumbell deadlift  2 x 1o lbs each @ 10 rep 2 ea.,hyperextensions 3 reps 15/12/10, hammercurls 2 x  15lbs each, 2 x 10 each, 2 x 15 lbs ea to failure, barbell curl 3 xs 20 lbs @ 10 REPS EACH, close grip barbell curl 2 X 20 lbs @ 10 reps each, concentration curls 1 x 15 lbs @ 12 reps , concentration curls 2 x 1o lbs each @ 10/ 8 REPS,   2 CABLES W/ REPS TO 15, abs- 2 reps @ 12 X 10 cross cable crunch, 3 x 15 reps decline crunch, 1 x 20 decline reverse crunch,…tonight was not ab night but I thought I would throw it in but I feel great and right afterwards my arms looked great…

Chest & tri’s today

Okay just did chest and triceps 4 sets close grip bench in reps 10/ 8/6/6. 35 lbs, 3 sets lying tricep extension 1 set 10 w/ 20 lbs ( thought I would die) then 2 with 15 in ets of 10/ 8, 3 sets tricep kickbacks with 15 ln dumbell and bodu dips 3 sets.   Then chest 3 set incline Db press w/ 15 lbs, 3 sets incline bRBELL PRESS W/ 35 LBS, 3 INCLINE FLYES  10/ 8/ 6 AND PUSH UPS, now on my way to walk some hills and a few crunches

Not great day??????

Ok I tried to work out today but just had no get up and go.  I had full intentions of blasting out lots of reps and just  doing the damn thing ut after about 30 minutes  i was not doing as well as i felt  i needed. I took pictures and really got discouraged but it is only a small set back but maybe tommorw on legs and abs will be better. we have those days and tomorrow will be better………………….Hope this slump does not last. I did mkae it through an hour but fell it  was not as good as what I could have done, ok just a bad day…….

Okay ppl I weighed today, I have managed to lose 11 lbs !  I am not happy about the body fat @ 19 5 but I can see thourough progress and not to mention how i feel. Since I actually eat now Ifeel better , headaches are alot less, stress level  much better and my attitude is  Ok I am doing the damn thing. i get up in the morning sore as hell but I keep pushing for that goal that transformation.    My friends and acquaintences are seeing adifferenc too!  I do have a long way to go but itell you one thing Iam on the way.  Getting better all the time , thanks for everyones support!   I am tired and taking today off but I will be at the gym bright and early 4:30 In the am, so here I go to another grueling workout and when it hurts so bad I will remember the 1lbs and the difference I am seeing!

Today was a good workout

I had a good workout today loaded up on my supplements, got some Lipo 6 & some Tribulus fuel which enhances libido and for gys , i enhances sexual performance, just an fyi.  Nonetheless I increased my weight in all areas today and did 30 minutes of fast paced walking hilss & flats. I felt great afterwards and will do early am cardio tomorrow as well. I hooked up the diet with loads of fish & fresh veggies ,Increased my Tahitian Noni intake & lots of healthy snacks and set my phone alarm for every 3 hours to eat something.  We wiill see what the results are , Wish evryone the best of luck and kepp pushing!

Been good this week

I am doing much better this week I have worked out a full 4 days this week from being out three days, working on repairing the shoulder from some articles I found here, I can feel I am getting stronger and added 5 more pounds on my dumbells.    Ab work has not been enough but doing abs tonight. I have printed of the Lifestyle Cut Diet from here and currently learning to implement that in my daily life.   Starting more cardio on Monday have waited to get all the crap out of my lungs from previous illness but on my way.   I will weigh in on Monday but starting to feel a difference and some are even asking  I have gotten back on the weights so someone can tell!!!!!!      Lets move on to the next level!
