I’m pretty Stoked with how this is going so far. I’ve only been at it for two months or so now and already I’m up almost 6kg’s. Which is incredibly quick for me. Granted that some of that was size that I’d had before and subsequently lost, but still!
Hells yeah.

I’m a Pro Wrestler. Well I’m an Amateur Pro Wrestler, given that I don’t really make a living from it. One reason for that is that I’m just too damn small. I’m tall enough, 6′4", but I weigh in at 91kg’s at the moment and this is the heaviest I’ve ever been!
So I’m trying to bulk up. I’ve recently recovered from a pulled heart muscle after I couldn’t break 89kg’s for the longest time. I stopped going to the gym for about 6 months (or maybe even longer!!) and let my body shrivel back down to a more natural (for me) 86kg’s while maintaining a nice layer of flab.
So I’m hard at it trying to get this right now. I’m concentrating on eating more and supplementing properly and most of all maintaining some kind of consistency.
I have a little competition with some like minded friends called the Team AARD "Get Big Or Die Trying" Competition. Which is kind of like the biggest loser except in reverse. I plan on winning the competition and then rubbing my friends noses in it by entertaining them with an incredible pose down that will leave them dejected and suicidal.
