			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hello, I recently suffered from a stomach flu&#8230;that normally you get over in a about a day&#8230; it didnt like me&#8230; stopped eating for 5 days and lived off of gatorade. i suffered from severe dehydration and had to go to E.R. (uninsured) so now my budget for supps, entrance fees and tanning is shot. Plus.. I have stress in other personal matters like work trying to get up to speed to run my own soon and with the risk of having to not work out for a month to get gym going&#8230; may set me back &#8230; a little specially during cutting. Thank you to everyone who supported me for this&#8230; I will not give up yet&#8230; Be looking out for me in the Night of the Swords in September, Bigger and ready to go.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Its late friday night. wife is asleep on couch with to kitties in her lap and i&#8217;m blogging. I&#8217;ve been working out for almost 3 or so years&#8230; started trying to &quot;build&quot; about year and half ago. Past few months i&#8217;ve wanted to train to compete&#8230; wife has an issue with her &quot;teddy bear&quot; shaving all of its fur off. Finally wednesday at borders we were sitting there drinking coffee after a work out hanging out, and she said to me &quot;i&#8217;m cool with you competing now, I&#8217;ve seen how hard you&#8217;ve worked to get this far&#8230; and you have my blessing&quot; Wow i was stoked! So now i finished up my last routine for the week&#8230; starting Sunday&#8230; I kick in the new dieting&#8230; aparently i need around 4,500 cal. per day to bulk.. jesus&#8230; I&#8217;ve been eating alot &#8230; but no ru***e .. aparently that is supposed to help me build faster.. i smack my self after realizing all this time my wife was right&#8230; wasted years of training&#8230;. so hopefully staring sunday (to charge up for monday)</p>
<p> Diet:</p>
<p>6:00am - 18 egg whites, 1 bowl of oatmal</p>
<p>9:00am - 3 scoops of whey - 72grams</p>
<p>11:00am - Steak, Shredded cheese, &amp; Pico Salsa Burrito</p>
<p>1:00pm - Chicken, Shredded cheese, &amp; corn Burrito</p>
<p>3:00pm - Steak &amp; Cheese Burrito</p>
<p>5:00pm - 1scoop of whey - 24 grams protein</p>
<p>6:00PM Work out</p>
<p>7:30pm - 1 scoop of weight gainer (600 Cal - 52 protein 84 carbs)</p>
<p>9:00pm - Some sort of Lasagna that the wife cooks</p>
<p>10:30pm - Bed time 2 scoops of whey</p>
