Tuesday
I am burnt. I’ve only down Chest-triceps. And today i did legs calves, and shrugs with some forearms. I’m off tomorrow. I’ve pushed to my limits the past two days. My diet is pretty great … i felt fat first day and then i got to the gym felt great. Today i had a head ache but was able to roll through the pain. I’lll update again soon. probably friday to follow up with the week. I hope someone is enjoying or will enjoy my blog. If anyone wants i can post my routines.. its a great layout.
